This agreement (“Contract”) is between Grand Bleu Diving, owner of GrandBleuDiving.com (the “Site”), and you (“you,” “your,” “user(s),” or “client(s)”), a user of the site, software, and services. Throughout this Agreement, the words “Grand Bleu Diving,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to our company, Grand Bleu Diving, and to our site, software, or services, as appropriate in context. Your ability to submit or transmit information through the site and services—including, but not limited to, text, photos, images, comments, designs, data, or videos—will be referred to as “content” in this agreement. By using our site or any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We may update or modify these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the website once changes are posted online, you are bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of our site, software, and services. Users must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.
Grand Bleu Diving has developed this site to allow individuals to browse and book (“reservations”) accommodation and diving services provided directly by Grand Bleu Diving (the “dive center”), including dive packages, courses, and equipment rentals (the “services”). By browsing, accessing, or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Our Services
GrandBleuDiving.com functions solely as a booking platform between you and the Grand Bleu Diving center. All reservations made are direct contracts between you and the dive center, in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. This includes, but is not limited to, fees, costs, charges, taxes, and conditions for cancellations or no-shows (see the “Cancellation Policy”).
Prices
All rates and prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD).
Availability
Services displayed on the site are available for booking and are subject to confirmation via email. The dive center reserves the right to confirm availability for specific dates. If limited availability exists within your requested date range, the dive center will notify you of alternative available dates so you may adjust your plans or make other arrangements.
Accommodation
Accommodations at Grand Bleu Diving are reserved exclusively for divers who hold a booking with the dive center. Any outside visitors or individuals without a reservation must receive prior approval from Grand Bleu Diving management before entering the property.
Payment
All fees, costs, charges, and taxes related to services must be paid to Grand Bleu Diving in the currency indicated in your booking confirmation email. At the time of booking, users are required to pay a deposit (approximately 30% of the total reservation amount) promptly in order to validate the booking. A reservation is not considered confirmed until Grand Bleu Diving has received this deposit. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the dive center upon arrival, as outlined in your booking confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and outlines the conditions applicable to any cancellation of a service reserved directly with Grand Bleu Diving or via GrandBleuDiving.com.
By booking with us, you agree to this policy.
Cancellation by the Client:
• More than 30 days before the scheduled date: The deposit will be transferable to a new date (subject to availability) and applied as credit for the rescheduled booking. Please note that the new booking may be subject to updated rates in effect at the time of rebooking.
• Less than 30 days before the scheduled date: With valid proof of cause (e.g., medical reasons), the dive center reserves the right to approve or deny transfer of the deposit to a future booking. Without valid justification, the deposit will be forfeited in full. This policy exists because last-minute cancellations generate costs for Grand Bleu Diving.
Cancellation by Grand Bleu Diving:
The dive center reserves the right to cancel any reserved service under any circumstances.
In the event of force majeure—including but not limited to volcanic eruptions, tornadoes, tsunamis, floods, natural disasters, fires, acts of war, riots, or pandemics—the deposit and any balance paid will be frozen and applied as credit toward a future booking. The new booking may be subject to updated rates.
Exception: If the client pays the full balance of the reservation by the original arrival date, Grand Bleu Diving will guarantee priority for future reservations, room selection, and dive spots. In this case, the package price will be fully locked in and not subject to future rate increases. Please note: Grand Bleu Diving does not issue refunds for any payments
